Our Client is a global corporate service provider and fund administrator in at least 40 jurisdictions. As a part of the business expansions, they are looking for an Associate/Senior Associate Relationship Manager (KYC)


Key responsibilities:


  • Client implementation ensure delivery of a quality service for all clients assigned and responding promptly and proactively to client queries, keeping other members of the client handling team advised of progress.
  • Managing the onboarding process of new and existing clients liaising with business development, compliance, legal and client services to ensure smooth and successful client intake.
  • Client relationship and retention developing close professional relationships with clients and advisors to ensure long term, profitable relationships, being attentive to client needs and concerns and maintaining client confidentiality.
  • Industry and technical knowledge of the whole fund operations from structuring, investor onboarding, fund accounting, corporate compliance, regulations, FATCA/CRS, tax compliance, etc.
  • Understanding of the product and services as well as the internal systems and processes.
  • Ensuring an efficient turnaround time for all enquiries.
  • Contribute to the development of the role by generating ideas and implementing best practice.
  • Develop knowledge about the industry and products with the aim of promoting these to our clients, prospects and intermediaries.
  • Attending meetings with clients.

  • Be a successful team player.
  • Fluency in both written and verbal English is mandatory. Fluency in Mandarin is preferred and additional languages would be a further asset.
