Description

Responsibilities:


  • Generate shipping documents, arrange & track shipments.
  • Coordinate with buyer / planner / supplier / forwarder / courier to ensure on time delivery of goods.
  • Process & verify forwarder invoices to Finance department for payment.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and claims.
  • Monitor and review logistics costs & forwarder services to optimize transportation solution.

Job Requirements:


  • Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain or Logistics.
  • No prior experience is required as on the job training will be provided.
  • Knowledge of import / export regulations will be an added advantage.

  • Well Established Japanese Manufacturing MNC
  • Basic Salary Up to $3,000
  • Entitle to AWS and Performance Bonus
  • 5 Days Work Week
  • Location: Tuas
