Responsibilities:


  • Collect data and review the effectiveness of the learning experiences to gain insights into students' learning
  • Review and recommend enhancements to existing blended learning module, including the instructional design, strategies, and technology for the course
  • Work in a team and/or individually to create online learning courseware/packages, including storyboarding, scriptwriting, proofreading, to software testing
  • Coordinate multiple projects and maintain project documentation
  • Train academic staff in the instructional design of blended learning.

Requirements:


  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in instructional design, online learning development and technology
  • Relevant qualification in related discipline, such as instructional design, educational technology, or similar relevant field preferred
  • Skilled in learning design, especially with the use of technology. Experience in the design, development, and implementation of emerging online learning solutions, including gamification, gamebased learning, video, microlearning, simulations, and immersive scenarios requiring multiple branching elements preferred
  • Proficient with industrystandard authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline)
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines
  • Good project management along with good communication and interpersonal skills.
