1. Conduct site surveys and measurements- Prepare quantity schedules/proposals/submission reports
- Site coordination with clients/suppliers/installers
- Attend site meetings with clients
- Understanding of layout plans and 2D/3D construction drawings
- Able to work independently and report findings
- Manage any related ad-hoc duties as assigned by management of the company
- Manage and co-ordinate projects for the company
- Responding timely to clients enquiries
- Achieve monthly or annual key performance targets set by the management.
- Allocate work to subcontractors and workers
- Assist with inventory tracking & management
Salary:
$2, $3,500.00 per month
