Responsibilities:

Define solution architectures for current and future states to address project and business needs.
Provide technical leadership to crossfunctional teams and offer guidance to development teams in crafting new software solutions.
Offer inclusive delivery leadership, ensuring all voices are heard in the process.
Develop and oversee solution designs in alignment with corporate architectures.
Review designs for strategic compliance.
Lead the team in resolving technical debts and defects to maintain solution reliability.
Conduct system analysis, design, and code reviews to ensure solutions are secure, maintainable, and of high quality.
Influence management decisions across organizational boundaries.
Collaborate effectively with the IT team to deliver solutions.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Computing Science or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years of handson experience in software development.
At least 4 years of experience as a Solution Architect, with a focus on designing, developing, and maintaining advanced cloudbased solutions.
Familiarity with frameworks including Spring, Springboot, Hibernate, and JPA.
Experience working with database servers like Oracle, MSSQL, and NoSQL.
GCP/AWS Solutions Architect certification preferred, at the Professional level.
Understanding of MVC design, Data modeling, Deployment & Build management, and Data migration.
Experience with Cloud Native Architecture including Microservices, Docker, Docker Swarm / Kubernetes, containerbased orchestration, CI/CD, and Domain Driven Design (DDD), API Design.
Familiarity with other public Clouds (AWS or GCP).
Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Shell.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders across business and IT functions.
