DESIGNATION :
Area Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to Lead of Operations, your responsibilities include but not limited to:

Overall accountable to an area assigned (which consists of several outlets) be it for P&L, fulfillment of targets, SOP and policies of the company and government agencies.
Direct and manage a cluster of outlets according to company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
Coach outlets incharge on food handling, service conduct and compliance to standards.
Work closely with tenants on their operational needs and service consistency.
Manage centres according to budget with responsibility in creating and executing plans to sustain profitability.
Monitor sales and provide monthly sales reports with recommendations for business reviews with management.
Conduct investigations & prepare reports for all incidents that happened at the outlets and put up recommendations.
Manage staff performance and disciplinary issues with HRBP.
Resolve customers' complaints and operational issues.
Work on projects assigned by the Lead.

QUALIFICATIONS

Preferably someone with a degree or diploma in F&B, Operations Management or related courses.
Strong in people management and problem solving, with good planning and organizational skills.
An effective communicator who is peopleoriented.
Demonstrate competency in computer literacy including MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
Possess good knowledge of WSHA, HACCP & MUIS regulations.
Preferably someone with at least 5 years' in an area supervisory role.
Experience working in F&B sector is a plus.
