As a solutions team we work horizontally and vertically with our client teams (Integrated Client Leads). Through our Key Account Planning (KAP) process we audit our client challenges and spot opportunities to help them succeed. These opportunities become the basis for our Solutions. They are built specifically to address the client growth opportunity and designed to generate revenue for dentsu.


In 2024 our Solutions will mainly focus on growing revenue from our existing clients however new business is an always on pipeline that also requires input from us.


Your job as the
Integrated Strategy Partner is to work with the ICLs to identify the growth opportunity and then build the right blend of solution offerings that directly address those opportunities.


You will also sell your Solution to the clients and helps manage the implementation through the teams of creative, media and CX specialists.

This is where your lateral horizontality comes to play.


Horizontally, we work across our three lines of service Creative (aka dentsu creative), CX (aka Merkle), media (aka Carat, iprospect, dentsu x).


Depending on the blend of the Solution sometimes we wear our
creative hat, sometimes we use our
media drafting pencil, sometimes we use our
CX consultant's stethoscope.


Each member of the Solutions team acts as champion for the individual service line based on their experience and personal development plan.

Currently we are a team of 7 (two CX specialists, one media specialist, 2 creative specialists, one innovation & technology product specialist, and one TBD - that's you J. Your profile is creative strategist and insight specialist).

Often our Solutions are crafted from our existing best in class suite of dentsu products and capabilities. We have a portfolio of 10 key offerings that are built to address specific creative, CX and media opportunities. Sometimes the offering(s) span all three service lines such as dashboarding, insight and analytic products. Sometimes we partner externally and sometimes we innovate new offerings and products.


Each Solutions offering has a clear growth proposition with a clear description of the benefit, the revenue potential, and a clear RACI.

They are also mapped to the dentsu way of working. They are designed for modular implementation.

Another part of your Integrated Strategy Partner role will be owning and or contributing to thought leadership.

Our thought leadership is deliberate, choiceful, unique and future facing in how we own specific topics that ladder up to our overall dentsu positioning.
