Adecco is partnering an Luxury Retail client and we are currently looking for a
Logistics Executive to join their business.

This position requires the incumbent to handle logistics coordination between boutiques for all import/export matters.

Job scope:

Handle full spectrum of retailers' and boutiques sales documents
Monitor fulfilment of shipment or receipt of goods, such as issuance of import/export license and duties/tariff documents
Track and ensure accuracy of inventories
Ensure shipments on purchases are accurate and reconciled against shipment invoices
Maintain quality control on new shipments as according to headquarter guidelines
To keep logistic costs for delivery competitive at all times
Work with forwarders on delivery and shipment processing while ensuring documents are wellprepared
Perform weekly, monthly and yearly inventory stock count
Coordinate on product repair shipments and ordering of spare parts

Requirements:

Degree in any discipline
Prior experience in logistics for luxury retail/consumer goods is an added advantage
Ability to work well both independently and in teams
SAP System experience is a plus
