We have a team of dedicated, experienced investment advisors who identify opportunities in the various asset classes and employ the best strategies and product vehicles to cater to each client's needs.

Coupled with partnerships within the DBS network and with global institutions, we strive to build long-term relationships with our Private Banking clients in Asia by providing them with high quality, timely and extensive wealth management, investment and financial solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Manage Assistant Relationship Managers (ARMs) and provide continuous guidance, coaching and mentoring to ARMs
  • Build a strong and sustainable team of ARMs, focusing on learning & development, career development and mitigating attrition. Maintains strong partnership with Business, HR and L&D.
  • Work closely with the PB & TPC leadership teams to support business priorities. Attends the respective market region team meetings
  • Take the lead to ensure strong focus and tightening control in the areas of risk management and controls
  • Take the lead to share best practices across the wealth segments and across the market regions
  • Hong Kong, Dubai, London. Organise monthly conference call with the regions to share best practices and reinforce key focus areas e.g. controls functions and sharing of projects / initiatives.
  • Act as a Change Agent to champion process improvement to boost productivity and efficiency. Maintain strong partnership with stakeholders such as Wealth Management Operations. Organise monthly forums to review / share feedback on process improvements
  • Active involvement in various projects from COO office or Business

Requirements:


  • Degree holder with at least 8 to 10 years of Private Banking experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of the wealth products & services and procedures
  • Solid knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Good planning and organizing capability with the ability to multitask
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Highly competent supervisory, problem solving and decision making skills
  • Ability to lead a team
  • Selfmotivated team player with good sales/service aptitude who would enjoy working in a fastpaced environment
