Description

Objective:

Responsible for testing materials, process control, and products to ensure they conform to specifications and comply with Quality Management system. Also, responsible for EHSS standards.

Job Scope:

  • Operate analytical equipment like GC, GCMS, HPLC, FTIR spectrophotometer for quality check.
  • Ensure accurate data entry into LIMS.
  • Verify raw material quality based on procedures.
  • Monitor product parameters for process compliance.
  • Develop SOPs following ISO9001:2015.
  • Calibrate equipment periodically.
  • Track laboratory inventories.
  • Conduct root cause investigation on equipment failure.
  • Engage in EHSS activities and maintain good housekeeping.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor degree in Chemistry or equivalent.
  • 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of lab equipment maintenance and quality standards.
  • Experience in manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in lab software like Microsoft Excel, LIMS, SAP.
  • Ability to interpret SOPs and work with SAP QM.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to perform rotating shift work.
