Marina Square & Tampines

5 Days Work Week (2 Off Days on Weekdays)

Basic salary:
$2,000 + Commission + AWS

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and achieve sales target set by Retail Manager.
Manage customer feedback.
Work closely with retail team members to ensure operational efficiency.
Monitor stock run rate and forecast of stock replenishment.
Preparing quotations and order confirmations etc.
Follow up aftersales service.

Requirements:

Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in retail operations
Good interpersonal skills ability to interact with people at all levels
Resultsoriented with a deep understanding of daytoday retail store operations.
Mature, selfmotivated with drive, energy and longterm commitment, and able to work well independently and under pressure.
Must be a dynamic and committed individual who is able to work in a fastpaced environment.
