As an
Application Support Coordinator , you will be part of Run Control Tower team which is a gatekeeper for Production stability & quality as well as Support Practices across CCS (Cash Management & Corporate Banking Services IT) Subdomains.
Responsibilities:
- Implement Production Best Practices & Reporting.
- Prepare, Manage and Control Production Events through banks governance.
- Crisis Management and Gatekeeper for Production stability & quality.
Requirement
- Good knowledge on Incident and Problem Management.
- Good understanding of IT Production Support activities.
- Good analytical skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication.
