Motivated self-starter who can work in collaboration with a dynamic team and IT and Business users, stakeholders to meet delivery expectations.

This role reports to the MES Lead and serves as a liaison between local plant stakeholders (e.g. API or BIO Manufacturing) in designing and implementing a robust data design and integration in the MES system used in AbbVie.

Senior MES Analyst shall also assume some supervisory roles of MES Lead, not limited to mentoring and coaching team members, leading IT projects and signatory approval on system documentation.

Major Responsibilities:

List up to 10 main responsibilities for the job. Include information about the accountability and scope._
Support site/global project initiatives
Translate business requirements into recipe design and perform recipe authoring in MES system, e.g. POMSnet.
Ensure data setup is completed timely and right first time per agreed timelines with business, in accordance with AbbVie policies and procedures.
Understand data governance and good data management practices taking into consideration of data integrity
Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures
Partners with business (Manufacturing and Quality) to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and translate business requirements into functional requirements specifications, workflows and identifies crossfunctional dependencies
Write system procedures, user/training documentations, protocols and other required documentation by company policies and procedures.
Accountable for resolving issues reported by Manufacturing and Quality Operations, on call as needed
Works effectively with team/group to accomplish organizational goals.
Assure fulfillment of Environment, health and safety requirements and compliance obligations, promote continuous improvement and consider EHS aspects during design and change process.

Senior MES Analyst

Owns the data design, data integrity of Manufacturing data for both API and BIO manufacturing
Troubleshoot complex system issues and product/process investigation impacting validation testing and daytoday operations post system golive
Lead in Continuous Improvement projects related to MES

Qualifications:

List required and preferred qualifications (up to 10). Include education, skills and experience._
A diploma or bachelor degree in IT, Engineering or Chemical Engineering
Ability to multitask in a crossfunctional environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Some process knowledge in pharmaceutical manufacturing
High degree of initiative and ownership and ability to work with several different departments in a fastpaced environment

Senior MES Analyst

Min 3 years of experience in MES Data Maintenance and MES level 1 support.
Plan, prioritize and schedule plant projects, change management process related to data maintenance in MES system for the team.
Strong Analytical and communication skill
Demonstrated ability in multitasking, scheduling, prioritization and strong execution focus.
Good project management skills
