Account Receivable Executive

Renowned Surgery Centre in Singapore

Accounts Receivables

Salary up to $3800

Monday-Friday 9am-6pm

Responsibilities:

Handle the full spectrum of Accounts receivables process
Call customers and followup closely late payment or overdue accounts
Prepare and update collection from cash, cheques, telegraphic transfer and giro on a timely manner.
Follow up closely with and call customers on late payment to clear overdue accounts
Prepares Accounts receivables ageing report, audit schedules related to Accounts receivables and sends customer Statement of accounts.
Maintain a good filing system for all invoices and receipts
Monthly closing and year end audit
Any Adhoc task assigned

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in accountancy or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant experience in similar field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently, well organized, meticulous, positive attitude and a team player.
