Qualifications:

Your Profile

Minimally three years as Executive Sous Chef or one year as Executive Chef in a wellestablished luxury hotel brand
Great knowledge in restaurant and banquet kitchen management
Creative and innovative on menu concept
Wellversed in operational standards, managing food and payroll cost & driving financial goals
Comprehensive knowledge of business needs and productivity requirements
Strong understanding of hygiene standard
Strong communication and leadership skills
Excellent administrative, customer service and interpersonal skills
A cando attitude
