Finance Department
Finance Department (FD) is responsible for financial management of the GIC group.

We ensure financial stewardship and reporting for the GIC group, and act as Finance Business Partners to optimise corporate financial planning and the use of operating budgets for growth and sustainability.

We harness data and technology to create insights for financial decision-making and achieve excellence in financial operations.

We are looking for a suitable Associate to join our Treasury and Cash Operations team to support our global offices on invoice processing, payments and treasury operations.

Responsibilities:

Process vendor invoices including Purchase Order (PO) invoices and nonPO invoices
Perform vendor creation, maintenance and callbacks
Perform and monitor daily execution of payment and transactional activities
Clear bank reconciliation breaks and prepare monthly schedules
Engage and work closely with end users, vendors and banks to resolve queries
Support delivery of process improvements and perform user testing for new initiatives

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or equivalent
With 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in performing Procure to Pay functions
Prior experience and familiarity in using SAP accounting system
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive, dynamic and motivated team player.
