Description
Ensure exceptional Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) engineering and building fabric services are provided to the client.- Ensure that routine maintenance is carried out to all building plants, equipment and systems to meet and exceed expectations and agreed service level agreements
- Responsible for the effective supervision of the daytoday operation of both the technical maintenance and technical teams, warranting an effective and efficient operation of the maintenance services and all Sub-Contractors
- Responsible for management and development of the technical team by creating a proactive, accountable, positive and energetic workplace to deliver exceptional service to client
- Have detailed knowledge of vendor contract scope & solutions
