Part Time Kitchen Crew (Permanent)

Salary:
$12-13/hour

Preferably with relevant experience in F&B setting
30 hours / week
5 days shift work a week (Mon-Fri)

[ Job descriptions ]:

Basic food preparation: Chopping or cutting vegetables, Slicing meat, Mixing sauce and mayonnaise, etc.
Meal preparation: Prepare main dish and side dish by following SOP
Kitchen stock and storage: Assist with stock taking, Ensure proper storage of delivery items
Cleaning and housekeeping: Clean each work surface before and after use, Sweep and mop the floor at the end of shift. Other cleaning tasks include disposal of trash, washing dishes, etc.
Opening and closing shift duty: Set up kitchen for opening and closing of kitchen service at the end of the shift
