The Hilton internship is a professional learning experience that offers meaningful, practical work related to your field of study or career interest.

It provides the opportunity for career exploration and development, and to learn new skills. The duration of the internship is 6 months, starting from 29 January 2024.


This role will play a part to create the next level of consumer experiences with generative AI that support functional teams in boosting their productivity.

With the guidance of customer experience and software leaders, you will be working in a R&D context to development code that serve our stakeholder use cases and walk away from this internship with highly valuable and desirable digital planning and delivery skills.


What will I be doing?
As the Intern, Generative AI Chatbot Training & Process Automation - Asia Pacific (APAC), you will be responsible for performing the following tasks:

  • Keeping up to date with the developments and use cases of Gen AI
  • Model finetuning and familiarize with database search such as Azure Cognitive Search, Mongo DB Search

  • Full stack (Front end, backend, DB, cloud / docker)
  • Wrappers on platforms such as Web, WhatsApp, LINE
