JOB PURPOSE
The Senior Human Resource & Admin Executive is tasked to ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations and office administrative tasks.

She is responsible to handle full spectrum of HR & Admin functions, including compensation and benefits, recruitment, performance management, training and development and administration etc.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
a) Supporting HR Manager for all aspect of the HR/Admin functions, not limited to recruitment, performance appraisal, compensation & benefits programs, talent management, learning & development and staff engagement.

b) Supporting, planning and facilitating the company goals and performance management exercise.

c) Planning, coordinating and administering for learning & development activities and programs.


d) Be the main point of contact with regards to employee relation issues and work closely with the operations to manage employee-related matters (i.e.

onboarding of new employees, probationary reviews, evaluations and offboarding of resigned employees etc.)

e) Able to identify areas of improvement, providing suggestions regarding HR Policies and Procedures, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Welfare and also assist in driving the implementation.

f) Spearhead and support various HR projects & initiatives such as Employee Engagement, CSR and others to improve employee experience.

g) Handle MOM related matters including drafting letter, data collection and reporting ensuring it meets compliance with statutory requirements.

h) Assist SMO for the change of SMM for Covid-19 work requirements & etc.

i) Maintain a proper filing for document systems within HR team, ensuing complete, up-to-date, accurate and accessible records are kept for all employees.

j) Support company's corporate services and office administration functions including preparing of company's circular, organizing and facilitating company events and managing office facilities and etc.

k) Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the manager


QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
a) Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline.

b) Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in human resource operations.

c) Able to work independently and a team player

d) Able to multi-task, analytical and problem-solver


SKILLS REQUIRED
a) Familiarity with the Employment Act and other labour legislation

b) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint)

c) Good command of written and spoken English language

d) Hands-on experience with payroll and HRIS system will be an advantage
