Roles & Responsibilities:


Win Digital is looking for a suitable full time intern to help us in our growing businesses You will be able to experience what it would be like to work in a face-pace e-commerce business.


RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Handle ecommerce related transaction, documents and records in the systems. Support the endtoend fulfillment of online orders and related processes on a daily basis.
  • Check and process daily incoming transaction in the system. Ensure smooth processes in purchasing, receiving, checking, listing, storing, selling, picking, packing and delivering. Avoid nostock, wrongproduct or latedelivery situations.
  • Communicate and follow up delivery discrepancies, errors in records, documents etc. Ensure customer satisfaction by timely deliveries and meeting their service expectations.
  • Attend to Online Channels customer service enquiries pertaining to product exchange, delivery status and other issues.
  • Assist and follow up on quotations, purchase orders, invoices and other documents.

REQUIREMENTS & SPECIFICATIONS

  • Minimum Diploma holder or current Diploma student.
  • Knowledge or experience in ecommerce is an added advantage.
  • Technically savvy, with proficiency in MS Excel and other software.
  • Able to handle handson physical works such as packing stock for orders.
  • Able to work in a fastchanging environment and multitask.
  • 5 days work week

Full Time Internship Period

  • 34 months or more.
Monthly SGD $700-1,200.
