About the role


The successful Practice Development Manager will effectively support company and customer marketing strategies and objectives to achieve territory, regional and national objectives on a consistent basis.

The Manager will provide a high level of customer service and support with accounts that leads to a high degree of customer and patient satisfaction.

The Practice Development Manager will successfully install, train, and support the Body Contouring Procedure for specified customer accounts within the region.

The Manager will establish and maintain business relationships with Body Contouring accounts that will further promote acceptance of additional products and services over time and create a committed account atmosphere of providing patients an optimal experience with the Body Contouring Procedure.

The Practice Development Manager will manage the overall Body Contouring Procedure experience through customer account support including but not limited to internal and external procedure marketing such as patient seminars and procedural marketing programs and materials.

The Manager will train the physician and staff on the initial patient consultation as well as follow up visits to ensure a high level of patient satisfaction with the Body Contouring Procedure.

Description

  • Initial installation of aesthetic device, including physician and staff training
  • Provide ongoing clinical and marketing support for the Body Contouring Procedure
  • Provide a high level of customer service and sales support to achieve customer and patient satisfaction
  • Develop strong business relationships with customers and key accounts
  • Manage all aspects of assigned territory responsibilities
  • Implement and execute marketing programs and message
  • Contribute to achievement of regional and national goals and objectives
  • Ability to make appropriate business decisions in the best interest of company objectives
  • Maintain in good order all aspects of Body Contouring business through a computerbased Customer Relationship Management program
  • Execute the developed business plan per territory to drive product acceptance, usage and customer satisfaction
  • Complete the required administrative tasks necessary for the position
  • Effectively manage company resources in a responsible and efficient manner
LI-AA

Education & Experience

  • Successful completion of relevant tertiary qualifications science, healthcare, business, marketing.
  • 3+ year's successful sales support experience in the aesthetic or medical devices
  • Strong track record of success in medical device, aesthetic or pharmaceutical sales, training, and support
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain customer relationships
  • Proven ability to provide a high level of customer service and support to ensure a high level of customer/patient satisfaction
Essential Skills & Abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Polished presentation skills and public speaking ability
  • Positive attitude and passion for working within the medical or aesthetic field
  • Strong sense of urgency to achieve goals and objectives
  • Practical business acumen
  • High level of emotional intelligence and maturity
  • Willing to travel and work weekends and evenings when required
  • Demonstrative compliance with necessary administrative functions of the position
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
