The ATLAS
Reservations Executive supports the Reservations and Events Manager and General Manager in day to day reservations requests and guests enquiries.


Who are we looking for?

  • Proactive, reliable, analytical and organised people with an eye for detail, a selfstarter with an effective problemsolving approach who thrives in a fast paced environment.
  • Must be guestoriented and colleague oriented, have a vibrant personality, radiate enthusiasm to assist.
  • Must be able to handle a multitude of tasks in an intense, everchanging environment.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably from F&B industry
  • Good knowledge of SevenRooms and Revel would be an added advantage
  • Proficient in the English language (verbal & written), second language is an asset.
  • Able to start within short notice would be an added advantage
  • The Reservations Executive will report directly to the Reservations and Events Manager.
  • Reservation Executive's primary responsibility is to ensure all reservation enquiries are handled in a professional and time sensitive manner.
  • Reservation Executive is the primary point of contact for all written enquires between ATLAS and our guests.
  • Facilitates all guest needs and expectations in ATLAS by providing exceptional service.
  • Ensure that all standard procedures, rules, regulations and sequence of service are implemented.
  • Provide service that reflects the high standards of ATLAS and exceed all guest expectations.
  • Support any activities of the management.

Duties & Job Responsibilities

  • Assist all guests with reservation enquires, finding the best possible solution to meet both the guest's preferences and the operational needs of ATLAS
  • Answer any calls from the main ATLAS phone line, handing all such communications in a friendly, hospitable, and professional manner
  • Conducts all necessary followup with guests regarding upcoming reservations including, but not limited to, change in date/time of reservation, missing information for upcoming reservations, confirmation of upcoming reservations.
  • Prepare all reservation summary documents for FOH team including reservation summaries for Lunch, Afternoon Tea, Evening and Sundays at ATLAS Service
  • Communicate all Afternoon Tea reservation details between FOH, Kitchen and Host team.
  • Handle inputting of all reservations into SevenRooms without error
  • Understand the full ATLAS reservations policy, understanding when exceptions are to be made and when not
  • Perform any tasks as assigned by the Management.
