Job responsibilities
- Issue quotations, prepare Bill of Quantities based on customers' requirements
- Prepare space planning solutions, design presentations and sample/mood boards proposal based on customer requirements and other necessary project deliverables (layouts, shop drawings).
- Support and assist Business Managers in the preparation and submission of tender/RFQ/ITQ/RFP and presentation materials.
- Assist in resolving incoming customers' issues relating to orders.
- Coordinate projects with internal operation and production teams, suppliers and relevant third parties.
Job requirements
- Diploma
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in project/design/sales coordinating.
- Experience in Quantity and Material estimate for Commercial Interior Design or other industries is a bonus
- Able to handle tight deadlines in a fast paced environment.
