Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the AR teamReview the revenue process and workflow for improvements in efficiency and effectivenessPerform month-end closing activitiesReview and post journal entriesPrepare analysis for BU reportsReview of invoices, credit and debit noteReview allocation of payment and all payments are accounted for in a timely mannerReview/prepare bank reconciliation and all other AR reconciliations as neededPrepare AR aging report/SOAFollow up with customers on outstanding balancePrepare GST reportsLiaise with auditors and prepare audit schedulesAny other adhoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this positionExperience in using SAP FICO will be preferred
