Summary
We are searching for a savvy, and flexible performance marketing Specialist II (E2) to be part of the Performance Marketing team in Scoot's Brand Marketing team You will be responsible for driving effective go-to-market paid media strategies for each of Scoot's campaigns to deliver on business KPIs including campaign performance and cut-through, building healthy brand awareness scores and effecting media support that drives route uptake.

Working closely with Scoot's brand manager and media manager, the media and creative agencies, s/he will be responsible for delivering key media and business KPIs
The scope entails:
Paid Media & Performance Marketing- Managing the appointed media agency, s/he will be responsible for mapping Scoot's media strategy, budget management and allocation across the year for identified Scoot markets (including but not limited to: Malaysia, Philippines, Germany, Greece) along with the brand's always-on campaigns on display and social.- S/he will plan, buy, set-up and optimise paid performance channels across the full funnel, including select traditional channels and retargeting stratgies for both paid social and digital channels; and put in place measures to ensure all channels are performing well to meet revenue and brand health metric targets.- Work with marketing analytics, sales, CRM/ digital experience teams to identify opportunities for building targeted audience lists; establishing mutli-channel consumer relationships and establish data models for revenue and load optimisation and media efficiencies.- Conduct quarterly and annual reviews to ensure optimisations, constant learnings and improvements to deliver on agreed KPIs, keep abreast of the changing media landscape.- Assess new technology, market trends, consumer behaviours, passenger purchase cycles etc., to identify new opportunities or need for change to Scoot's media strategy, including SEM.
Market Development- Work closely with the Revenue Management teams and Country managers to ensure load factors are maximised, and revenue opportunities are capitalised, especially for Scoot's priority markets.- Work collaboratively with Brand team to optimise message amplification through appropriate media plans weighted across the year to maximise booking opportunities for the airline; and ensuring that campaigns have maximum stand out, reflect the airline's brand values and wherever possible provide a platform for PR activity.- Manage the overall media exposure and plan the calendar of exposure for maximisation of budgets.- Seek out, engage and establish co-op relationships with respective State and National Tourism authorities across assigned markets to negotiate, secure and administer funding to bolster marketing funds.
