Due to growth, we're looking for experience & responsible Operations Executive to join our team.

As part of your role, you will be responsible for the below duties:

Oversee and manage all cleaning & pest control related activities at various customer sites. Experience in managing a large cleaning & pest control crew.
Manage and monitor site cleaning & pest control duties, coordinate work activities and operations, including site inspection, sanitation, statutory compliance and onsite safety policy and guidelines
Conduct OntheJob Training (OJT) to employees including the proper handling of equipments
Recommend and execute operation plans to improve work processes and service quality
Managing resources, work procedures, cleaning & pest control
Plan and implement work schedule and manage manpower deployment
Ensuring customers feedback are attended
Perform quality, service, and safety audit

What we're looking for:

Operations Executive

Provide direct supervision in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the assigned sites
At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field
Possess good teamwork, team management, supervisory experience as need to plan and guide a team
