Description
Job description:
- Develop and maintain an efficient documents control register, database and hard copy filing systems.
- Record issues and track location of control documents and drawings.
- Ensure that all documents are up to date, accurate and comply with relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines.
- Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of documents, track revisions, and ensure that all documents are properly formatted.
- Ensure that all project documents are properly archived and stored for future reference.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all project documents.
- Handle general administrative duties.
Job requirement:
- Diplome/Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or others associated disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in document control position or similar role in construction industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communcation skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
