Job Description:
OVERVIEW:
THE CHALLENGE:
- Direct communication with potential and existing customers, pursuing ways to initiate and extend partnerships
- Establishing yourself as a trustworthy and knowledgeable individual capable of influencing decision making at management level
- Be the link between customer and internal development teams during the product integration phase
- Ongoing communication with customers postsale to build and maintain relationships
- Generation and analysis of sales figures, as well as maintenance of customer data in Salesforce CRM system
- Contract preparation, creation and submission of proposals, sales information and presentations
YOUR PROFILE:
- Communication and Presentation: This role requires strong verbal and written skills in English, other Asian languages such as Mandarin are highly desirable.
- Relationship Management: Proven track record of building and managing relationships from the ground up and ability to read people and flexibly adjust your approach depending on circumstances.
- Creativity: You are strongly encouraged to think outside of the box, to anticipate situations and find solutions before they emerge.
- Independent and resultsoriented attitude; highly motivated and enthusiastic about new challenges
