We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Digital Product Analyst.

Principal Responsibilities

Support the end-to-end product development lifecycle across one or more products and cross-functional teams, including opportunity assessment, product ideation, validation, delivery, ongoing management, and optimisation

Assist the wider product team in conducting discovery, test, and learn processes to validate ideas using data-driven insights

Validate hypotheses by designing and implementing innovation experiments, such as proof of concepts, product demos, and discovery workshops

Transform business problems into research and analytics studies, effectively communicating research results to cross-functional stakeholders through compelling storytelling to influence strategy and stakeholder buy-in

Develop compelling value propositions by defining product requirements, creating user stories, crafting engaging customer experience journeys, iterating product design based on feedback, and maintaining the product backlog

Oversee and complete end-to-end project tasks, including conducting feasibility studies, analysing and documenting requirements, managing user acceptance testing (UAT), and providing support during different stages of project implementation

Ensure that all outcomes adhere to relevant laws, rules, regulations, and guidelines, while aligning with HSBC Group's compliance framework

Requirements

Extensive knowledge and experience in defining digital product propositions, preferably within the financial services industry or start-up environment. Candidates should have a successful track record of delivering tangible improvements through user-led designs, prototyping, and working in agile environments

Comfortable with ambiguity, possessing the ability to independently formulate and test clear hypotheses, and solve problems in the absence of well-defined direction

Demonstrated experience and aptitude for constructively challenging the status quo, particularly in the realm of digital innovation

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a proven ability to navigate and collaborate with cross-functional global teams

Proven ability to interact, influence, and build authentic relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential. The candidate must possess attention to detail and the ability to comprehend complex business dynamics

Proficient understanding of Design Thinking, User-Centred Design, and Agile project methodologies, as well as their respective frameworks

Prior experience in building, scaling, or commercializing digital products in the areas of Web3, Digital Assets and Generative AI would be highly regarded
