Logistics Executive - Singapore - SKECHERS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.
Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in overall project implementation and management upon contract award
- Assist in planning and deployment of resources such as manpower, machinery, equipment, and material
- Assist in the management of workplace safety and health of employees at the project site
- Assist to manage any project clarifications throughout project execution.
- Provide support to the manager and team to ensure a smooth delivery schedule and timely cargo collection.
- Coordinate, Prepare, and Processing Inbound & Outbound shipments for Airfreight with carrier/customers/vendors.
- Verify and confirm the information on the shipping documentation and highlight any discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with the Dangerous Goods and Arms & Explosive Acts.
- Ensure compliance with custom import rules and regulations & standard operating procedures.
- Monitor and ensure the project is completed within the specific time and budget and meets all clients' and quality, environmental, health, and safety requirements.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and government authorities on projectrelated issues, when necessary.
- Other administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement
- O level/ Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
- Proficient in Microsoft office.
- Possess good interpersonal relationship skills, good customer relationship skills.
- Physically fit.
- Selfmotivated and proactive, positive work attitude.
