Main responsibilities

In line with this, you would be expected to be fully accountable and responsible of your team deliveries on schedule, in conformance to the bank's policies and standards and within agreed levels of quality.


  • You will be ensuring that success criteria are defined upfront to promote alignment and actively manage expected project outcomes in line with the program outcomes.
  • As part of an integrated organization across 3 main sites (Paris, SQY, Singapore), you will forge close relationships with program director, others team leads, architecture functions and quality assurance teams. There will be a limited travel aspect to this role (approx. 25%).
  • A strong maturity in project management is required as you will be part of the project committee, reporting to the program director the progress highlights with key performance indicator, evaluating risk assessment and proposing mitigation, ensuring transparency throughout project lifecycle.

  • Develop a good autonomy of the team members while conducting day to day activities
  • Define and manage the collective objectives of the team and the individual ones

Support domain strategy and interface with business

  • Interface with effective communication with business stakeholders to align their needs and collect their feedback
  • Interface with division ("filiere") covered by these activities
  • Foster innovation and change management aligned with global CMI strategy

Secondary duties

  • Serving as backup person for absent ISAP/CMI Manager and ISAP/CMI/T2R Members when required
  • Other duties may be assigned

Team responsibilities

  • Ensuring timely reporting of regulatory information to various regulatory bodies.
  • Daily monitoring of regulatory KPIs (Acceptance Rate, Volumetric etc) for all regulatory reporting.
Perform data mapping analysis to understand the availability and quality of data reported.

  • End user support and testing on enhancements/remediation/back reporting done for regulatory reporting.
  • Impact Analysis on reporting anomalies.
  • Coordination and followup with business users and other banking systems for impact analysis and implementation of new regulatory changes
  • Resolve functional and technical issues related to regulatory reporting.
  • Responsible for development of all regulatory needs for APAC.
  • The position requires autonomy and reliability in performing duties while maintaining close communication with rest of project/support team.
  • Niveau d'étude minimum
Bac + 3 / L- Formation / Spécialisation
Bachelor and above in relevant discipline

Qualifications and ProfileAt least 10 years in Software delivery team
At least 5 years in a leadership role.
Solid experience with business interaction
At least 5-year experience with international investment banking domain
Strong functional knowledge of financial product & regulatory reporting & Trade life cycle
Experienced in working on regulatory reporting projects with strong understanding of current regulatory reporting rules and regulations.
Experience with data enhancements and data quality projects.
Proficient knowledge on US/EMEA/APAC regulations for reporting of transactional data.
Proficiency in using relational database systems and Microsoft excel.
Data pipeline understanding for data sourcing and distribution is good to have.
Must be able to drive the project/activity independently with mínimal support


Education & Work Experience:

Senior level (min10 years)
Degree and above in relevant specialities
Other Professional Skills and Mind-setExcellent written and verbal communication skills for both team mates and management
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Proficient software development life cycle
Appetite to follow technology trend and participate to communities
Passion for sharing expertise and grow team members' skills
Interest in mentoring and guiding junior team members on the path of high quality deliverables.
