Job Description:


  • Handle HR work including Recruitment, Attendance, Training, Formulating Policy & Procedure
  • Coordinate, schedule and facilitate job interviews
  • Posting of job advertisements on Job portals
  • Managing onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
  • Maintain proper documentation of employee records.
  • In charge of payroll process
  • Sorting of incoming mails and arranging of courier services.
  • Maintain and manage proper document filing (eg. photocopying, scanning, filing and printing)
  • Handle work injury claims
  • Administer training related matters including coordination or enrolment of internal & external courses, update and maintain training record etc
  • Manage daily general administration works including maintaining office facilities, supplies
  • Any other adhoc site admin duties which may be assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in any qualifications
  • Able to start work immediately or with short notice will be added advantage
  • 5.5 days / 6 days work week (Alt Saturday)
  • Willing to work in Construction Site (Lentor)
  • Independent, good communication skills, able to work well under pressure
