Finance Executive (Account Receivable)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

Execute established credit management procedures
Attend to customers' enquiry on account balance and payments
Follow up with customer to encourage timely payments
Monitor aging reports and highlight exceptions
Actively identify process inefficiency and propose ways to improve
Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure ageing is up to date
Timely and accurate analysis of cash book and cash flow as well as daily bank transactions.
Supporting other ad hoc activities such as preparation and filing for Quarterly GST for Income, assisting in Internal and statutory audit, Yearend budget and assisting in improving internal processes and procedures.
Perform any other duties as requested by direct or dotted reporting line managers.

Requirements:

Certificate/Diploma in Admin/Business/Finance/Accounting/Banking or equivalent
At least 1 year of working experience in finance function
Knowledge on construction industry will be an added advantage
Hardworking, willing to learn and produce work with reasonable accuracy
