Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibility:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Supervisor to oversee our wholesale operations specializing in fruits and vegetables, including both fresh and frozen produce.

As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of warehouse staff, coordinating the receiving, storing, and distribution of products, and ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.

This role requires strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality products to our customers.

Job Description:

* Lead and motivate a team of warehouse personnel, including pickers, packers, and forklift operators, to ensure that daily tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

Oversee the receiving, inspection, and storage of incoming shipments of fruits and vegetables, ensuring that products are stored in appropriate conditions to maintain freshness and quality.
Coordinate the picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders, ensuring that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that all products meet company standards for freshness, appearance, and condition.
Ensure that all warehouse operations comply with health and safety regulations, including proper handling of produce, use of equipment, and maintenance of a clean and organized work environment.
Liaise with customers to address any issues or concerns related to product quality, availability, or delivery schedules, and work proactively to resolve any issues in a timely manner.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, on-time delivery rates, and inventory turnover, and implement strategies to improve performance where necessary.
Provide training and development opportunities for warehouse staff to enhance their skills and knowledge and ensure that they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure a steady supply of high-quality products and negotiate favorable terms and pricing.

*Able to carry heavy goods, roughly 20KG - 40KG.
*Need working on Saturday, Sunday, public holiday and overtime.
*Able to work rotate shift and overtime.

Requirement:

At least 2 Year(s) of working experience and have experience in the related field is required for this position.
Must possess at least higher Education/ Diploma in any field.
Bilingual speaker, need to liaise with Chinese & English client & workers.
Strong leadership skills and management competencies.
Strategic & critical thinking as well as decision-making and negotiation skills.
Able to adapt, prioritize, exercise initiative, manage pressure, multi task and work independently.
Excellent organizational and coordination skills, including communication and interpersonal skills to deal with a diverse spectrum of people.
Time management/ meticulous and mature in work.
