Procurement (Purchasing) Manager - Mandai, Singapore - FPE
Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee procurement activities for supplies and services from vendors.
- Lead the competitive sourcing process, initiate requests for information/quotation/proposal, negotiate commercial terms.
- Handle all contractual matters of assigned projects and ensure effective resolution.
- Monitor and analyze spending trends and inventory control to identify areas for cost savings.
- Manage other adhoc tasks assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Previous experience in a managerial position, preferably in the F&B industry
- Demonstrated strong leadership and people management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Google Drive)
- Positive work attitude with a passion for learning and contributing
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Self-driven and highly motivated individual
- High level of commitment and a strong team player
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment
- Proactive, independent, and well-organized approach
Salary:
$4, $5,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
