Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee procurement activities for supplies and services from vendors.
  • Lead the competitive sourcing process, initiate requests for information/quotation/proposal, negotiate commercial terms.
  • Handle all contractual matters of assigned projects and ensure effective resolution.
  • Monitor and analyze spending trends and inventory control to identify areas for cost savings.
  • Manage other adhoc tasks assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Previous experience in a managerial position, preferably in the F&B industry
  • Demonstrated strong leadership and people management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Google Drive)
  • Positive work attitude with a passion for learning and contributing
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Self-driven and highly motivated individual
  • High level of commitment and a strong team player
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, independent, and well-organized approach

Salary:
$4, $5,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus
