Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operational activities.

Oversee cost recovery processes.

Address customer feedback and complaints, ensuring effective service recovery.

Handle all aspects of vehicle maintenance, repairs, breakdowns, accidents, and claims settlement.

Supervise the operation and maintenance of the GBCR vehicle fleet.

Ensure compliance with LTA regulations and handle related reporting.

Oversee new rental and project initiatives.

Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.

Manage budgets for repairs and maintenance.

Handle vendor relationships and management.

Resolve escalated issues requiring coordination with other departments.

Plan fleet operations, utilization, and vehicle movements.

Take responsibility for staff welfare, discipline, performance, and HR matters.

Lead all departmental and company-related matters.

Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of relevant experience.
