Description

Assist Project Manager in the effective implementation and successful completion of projects undertaken by the Company within schedule, cost and quality

Liaise closely with subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities; set guidelines and provide expertise and supervision to the team
Oversee variable aspects of projects and provide direct assistance to ensure timely project execution
Overview project goals and ensure project goals are achievable
Liaise with project lead and other project team members to maintain project schedule and efficacy
Assist with procuring materials and other items necessary for completing project goals
Review project implementation and gather data on project execution Coordinate with project manager and other project leads following project execution

Requirements:

At least 5 years relevant working experience preferably with a main contractor
Ability and desire to work collaborative to ensure successful project execution
Working knowledge of necessary industryrelated tools
Expertlevel experience with computer operating systems and soft wares
Proven ability to generate and deliver reports that provide useful insight into project details
Highly organized and detailoriented with a passion for ensuring projects proceed efficiently and effectively
