Responsible for assisting Project manager to plan, manage and ensure smooth implementation and monitor of projects assigned from inception to completion on time and of desired quality- Responsible for assisting to manage and monitor site operation, workers and contractors
- Responsible for effective site administration which include site safety and control of materials and machinery on site
- Conduct daily toolbox meeting
- Have knowledge in rebar/carpentry/concreting/piping/scaffolding works
- Able to rectify and supervise works done on site
- Relevant working experience in construction industry / project site work will be preferred
- Able to read and write in simple English
- Good interpersonal and communication skills including handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others
- Sound knowledge of construction safety regulations
- Working knowledge of construction tools, machinery and equipment
- Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
- Can work well in a team with relevant Organizational and Troubleshooting Skills
- Can multitask, keep track of multiple projects
