Business Function:
The DBS Transformation Group under the aegis of the Group Planning & Strategy enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble, and resilient infrastructure and mindset through strategic focus on employee experience (EX).
We are looking for an innovative business strategist who is passionate about making work joyful for employees by exploring new ways of working.
Within DBS' Future Of Work (FoW) team, you will be collaborating with multiple stakeholders across different business and support units, defining the future of DBS.
Job Purpose:
Future of Work is a bank-wide transformation programme under Group Strategy & Planning's Transformation Group that holistically uplifts employee experience for DBS to become the Best Workplace for a Better World.

Employee Experience for Employee Journeys
- Achieve a differentiated employee experience by solving for toil and inefficiencies from the endtoend by operationalising the One Employee Experience across elements of People, Technology, Process & Policies, Places with cross function squads and a framework for employee outcomes.

PeopleTech Platform
- Design and deliver experiences that empower employees, leveraging on data and AI/ML to ensure relevancy of processes and policies, and delighting employees in collaboration with CRESA, GPS, GSMC, and HR partners.
Workflows and Workbenches
- Transforming the way employees manage work by reimagining processes, eliminating for manual hand offs or interventions, having transparency of actions and targets as well as alignment of accountability between teams through enabling tracking, follow up and reconciliation digitally as well as enabling employees to perform most of their tasks on a single interface that stitches different workflows.

Employee Listening
- Driving an integrated, continuous feedback loop approach that is purposefully designed to harness employee ideas and feedback, analyse them fast and respond with impact in order to deliver joyful employee experience.
Responsibilities:
Future State
- Contribute to strategic decisions by preparing for presentations to senior management and stakeholders on how we are shaping the way we work in the new world order
- Facilitate requirements workshops to engage various stakeholders to elicit and validate business requirements for H3 initiatives agreed for implementation
- Become an effective "bridge" between users and technology
Future Enabler
- Facilitate regular cadence and drive governance to industrialise the workflow workbench programme
- Work with business and support units to leverage workflow workbench to achieve better connectivity and improve employee outcomes including supporting MtJs with As-Is journey mapping to facilitate a better understanding of the gaps to achieve connectivity and seamless flow of information and defining the Tobe journey in partnership with MtJs and platforms
- Partner MtJs and platforms to Design4Data and instrument for key employee outcome metrics for the workflow
Future Engage
- Conducting research and working with the design and tech team to continually build purposeful use cases for the employee workbench, internal metaverse and other new ways/platforms of engaging employees
- Pitch the internal metaverse and new ways/platforms to different units for their adoption to run adhoc and persistent events as well as encourage employee adoption
- Create playbooks to enable employees for selfdirected use as well as departments/markets leveraging the internal metaverse and other new ways/platforms of engaging employees to selfserve in running events
- Track and monitor participation, interactions and other success metrics for continuous improvements for both the employee workbench, internal metaverse and other new ways/platforms of engaging employees
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Finance or Information Systemsrelated field with 5 years relevant experience in business analysis and project management
- Product knowledge and prior experience in Wholesale/Corporate Banking, Loans, Deposits, Trade and Treasury & Markets preferred
- Preferably experienced in storyboarding and PowerPoint presentations, Strong skills in Microsoft Excel/ PowerPoint/ Word; Jira and Confluence Tools; Tableau would be a plus
- Data driven and able to understand and articulate business objectives, risk and dependencies
- Possess positive attitudes and able to adapt to changes fast
- Work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problem, and make decisions that enhance workflow workbench programme effectiveness
