Account Coordinator - Singapore - Salt Recruitment
Description
The Core Objectives:
- Taking on queries from merchants or customers on their account setup
- Liaising with merchants on necessary documents and updating into system
- Querying Data & Generating reports for merchants' requests and management need
- Other adhoc admin & customer service duties
Essential Experience / Criteria:
- Microsoft Word/ PowerPoint/ Excel Skills are a must (Knowledge of functions such as vlookup, and pivot tables)
- Account Management experience would be an advantage
- Poly/ A Levels or Fresh Graduates/University students on semester break are welcome to apply
Desirable Experience / Criteria:
- At least 6 months of prior office work experience
- Fast Learner, Responsible Independent Worker, Good Interpersonal Skills
- Knowledge of Tableau, Holistics, Salesforce, PowerBI, SQL, and any other programming language is a plus
