Description
Monitor daily production levels to ensure output meets the daily quota

  • Serves as an escalation point and resolve complex and diverse operational problems
  • Escalate problems as necessary to the Superior
  • Convert recipes into steps for production
  • Initiate process improvement within production lines / Department other adhoc projects
  • Oversee inventory levels of all ingredients and rebalance inventory regularly work with Procurement to secure the necessary raw materials and ingredients
