What the role is

The 3P Network Department supports PUB's strategic objective to manage Singapore's water demand through public communications & community engagement to raise awareness, grow support and generate action among stakeholders to take joint ownership of our water resources.

You will be part of the 3P Network Department and have the opportunity to conceptualise, develop and implement integrated communications initiatives and projects for internal and external communications.

This includes media publicity, marketing and digital campaigns, public outreach and partnerships.

What you will be working on

Your responsibilities could involve one of the following areas under the three divisions of 3P Network Department:1) Communications
Develop strategic communications framework to shape public perception and enhance corporate reputation
Provide support in managing crisis communications; participate in emergency exercises
Develop and execute media engagement strategies, foster media relationships in support of PUB's communication efforts.
Craft messages and develop press materials to communicate PUB's key messages

2) Marketing

Strategise, direct and execute innovative multiaudience integrated marketing campaigns to meet PUB's objectives
Manage the delivery of campaign plans, including deploying resources, integrating solutions, and implementation.
Develop robust digital, social media and content strategy that supports the PUB brand's strategic direction and can reach out to our audiences in the most impactful and effective manner

3) Community Relations

Conceptualise and implement partnership strategies, outreach programmes and campaigns, including school outreach programmes and engagement initiatives to meet PUB objectives
Work with stakeholders to develop programmes and events to engage the community
Manage and run the NEWater Visitor Centre

What we are looking for

Degree in communications or a related discipline, with minimum 35 years of relevant working experience
Able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
Digital and social media savvy
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent writing skills along with strong presentation and oral communication skills
Highly motivated and able to deliver under tight deadlines
Work well independently and also a good team player
Excellent analytical and communication skills
