What the role is

What you will be working on
- [Key Responsibilities]:


  • Manage HR, Payroll or System enquiries from inservice and exofficers.
  • Track and followup on each enquiry, and ensure that resolutions are provided accurately and within established service standards.
  • Prepare and document processes in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), enduser checklists and briefing slides
  • Perform basic troubleshooting of HRP issues.
  • Prepare and send out salary/service recovery letters.
  • Perform data cleanup between HRP /migrated cases from VITAL Debt Recovery System.
  • Work with CPF Board to process manual CPF recoveries or refunds for overpayment or underpayment of salaries. Prepare the necessary information required per case for submission to CPF Board, monitor and follow up on the cases.
  • Prepare manual tax filing for backdated adjustments (e.g. Payments, MPP updates, Recoveries) accrued back to period on and before 1 Jan 202
  • Verify and process transport claims, medical and dental claims.
  • Manage enquiries on claims.
  • Clearing of claimsrelated transactions in suspense account.
  • Support service recovery for VITAL's service partners, i.e. prepare comms templates, send out comms and reach out to stakeholders

What we are looking for

  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Experience in using SAP system and/or Payroll will be an advantage
