As a member of our team, you will be involved in the entire software development life cycle from idea through specification, implementation, and test to supporting our solutions as they go live. You will also feel the support of the entire team when you take deep dives into the technology stack and ponder on the intrinsic of the JVM.
But the job is not only about technology. You will have to become a domain expert in the area of foreign exchange trading. In our line of business the devil is in the detail, and the stakes are high. You will need a sound understanding of both Tech and FXtrading to make the right decisions.
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with skills and capabilities to match:
5+ years of work experience with Java both as a programming language and as a technology
SOLID design principles
Proficiency in multithreaded programming
Mechanical sympathy
Previous experience from the Financial or Betting industry is a plus (or you are keen to learn)
Previous experience in an Architect or Tech. Lead role is a plus

As a person, you possess strong cooperation skills, good communication skills and have an analytical mindset.

You are a team player who is proactive and takes responsibility, and you are service minded towards both clients and colleagues.
