Customer Service Officer - Singapore - HI-P SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.
Description
Responsibilities:
- Contact window to customer for the following:
b. Delivery status
c. RMA
d. Purchase Order (PO)
e. Inventory declaration
f. Capacity
- Response to customer enquiry in a timely manner
- Timely update of customer forecast and PO into SAP system
- Inhouse coordination to ensure ontime delivery
- Arrange parts to washing house for cleaning
- Alert customer on any delivery issues
- Keep track of overdue and aging forecast and PO
- Monitoring of mold tool life
Job Requirement:
- Diploma equivalent or above
- At least 3 years' experience in customer service for senior role.
- Familiar with SAP system
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel
- Courteous with good communication skills
- Problem solving and team player
- Committed with strong sense of responsibility
