Description

Responsibilities:


  • Correspondence with customers (including overseas) request
  • Ability to troubleshoot onsite and online
  • Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
  • Maintaining customer infrastructure & networks
  • Knowledge of firewall, Active Directory, backup solutions
  • Able to articulate issues and solutions to customers

Required:


  • Background in IT, computer systems engineering or systems engineering
  • Ability to effectively multitask when necessary
  • Minimum three (3) years of relevant working experience
  • Able to work in a team and independently

Other Info:


  • This role comes with two arrangements:
  • Daily half-day throughout the weekdays (Monday to Friday, 9 am
  • 1 pm or 2 pm
  • 6 pm)
  • 3 full days weekly (Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm)
  • Opportunity to convert to a fulltime position
  • Able to perform L1 support
  • Able to travel onsite

Job Types:
Part-time, Contract


Salary:
$1, $3,000.00 per month
