Advise and instruct on various safety-related topics (food & hygiene, use of cooking equipment, fire safety, WSH related matter etc.)

  • Stop any unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous or unhealthy.
  • Conduct risk assessment and enforce preventative measures.
  • Initiate and organize training of chefs and cooks/ Kitchen Helper.
  • Inspect premises/Outlets and the work of personnel to identify issues or nonconformity (e.g. left Knife lying around, wet floor without anti slip mat).
  • Oversee installations, maintenance & rectification work by concessionaire, in relation to fire safety, safe work area etc.)
  • Review existing company safety measures policies update according to legislation together with M&E, Security, HR & Administration Department.
  • Any other jobrelated duties assigned by the Company or your superior.
