Resident Technical Officer - Downtown Core, Singapore - CIAP Architects Pte Ltd
Description
To carry site supervision and inspection of the Works including any off-site fabrication.- To monitor progress of works on site and report delays.
- To attend site walks with consultants and client as required.
- To maintain and update site records on site progress.
- To verify contractor's monthly progress claim.
- To undertake any other duties related to the project as and when instructed by the consultant team.
Job Requirement
- Minimum 5 Years of Architectural Work supervisory experience in the supervision of commercial / institutional / healthcare projects.
- Diploma in Building or related discipline from a recognized institution
- Experience in healthcare project will be advantageous
- Conversant in local codes and regulations and MS Office
- Commencement Work: Immediate

$5, $5,500.00 per month
