Description

Plan and execution of the project involving coordination, design review, scheduling, quality assurance, budget control, cash flow, safety, resource deployment.

Correspondence with end users, consultant and vendors on execution, solving problems, financial and contractual matters.
Design review with technical team on the P&ID, plant layout, equipment selection, technical specifications, accessibility and constructible.
Establishing quality plan, ITP with the quality assurance team.
Evaluating with the procurement team on the RFQ, vendor selection, commercial terms and conditions.
Testing and commission, clearing punch list, training, closing up the project.
Reporting on the progress of the project schedule, budget, challenges and solutions.

Job Specifications

Minimum Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
At least 10 years relevant experience in leading a team successfully in project management in water treatment projects or similar industrial plants.
Proven track record of delivering projects on time & budget and project closure.
Strong in contractual management, written correspondence and reporting.
Hands on experience of executing, testing and commissioning of plants.
